[Resolved] Redbus — no response for refund | |||
I booked my tickets through red bus from chennai to coimbatore on rpn travels 11.8.17. And we are given a waterbed. Ya... Our berth is fully wet. It's the worst trip i 've ever travelled. The 10 to 12 hrs journey was simply a nightmare. We were too cold and couldn't move anywhere. With a kid it's simply a horrible trip. I didn't expect this from the red bus. Though we paid more than the reasonable price what we got is not fair. With this mail i 've included the pictures and the ticket. I request you to refund the money. I have travelled to munnar from chennai.. the promised time of drop was 8:30 am ..and the delay was aroung 5 hours.. i lost my time.. i missed some one important.. this is most common and important problem.. and i dont think bus has a permisson... skyline travels.. please find the number plate of bus on the attached pic
