Dear Red bus team,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I booked online tickets through Red bus.com on 23 Aug 2023 to attend marriage of my Brother which was on 25.08.23. I had to travel from Miyapur Location (Hyderabad) to Visakhapatnam for travel Journey 24/08/2023.
The Ticket was confirmed and I got the message of Ticket bearing No.TS9M22336400 and the Travels Name :True Yatra Bus Service for seat No.14 but no service number nor operator number was mentioned anywhere in the site and nowhere on google.
I tried contacting Redbus customer care from 24th August Afternoon through chat as well as through calls but after several calls and chats they were not able to provide the exact contact details of transporter and was finally told that the Driver will call you on arrival of the bus to boarding point.
The boarding point of the bus was also not clearly mentioned on the Ticket just mentioned Miyapur X Road and it is a big junction of 3 roads on which side it was not mentioned but the same was clarified by one of the representatives of Red Bus to stand near bus stop near petrol pump going towards Kukatpally.
I reached the boarding Point by 7.30 P.M. and I was waiting there for the arrival of the bus and the bus did not arrive till 10.30 P.M. neither the driver or any other person from operator called me.
I was vexed up with this kind of behavior of Redbus as they don’t have any any proper information regarding the operator. I was forced to reach Visakhapatnam which costed me around 8000Rs through various modes by changing several times.
So kindly refund my amount which I had to spend for my travel immediately from the original source of Payment.
