[Resolved] Redbus — non receipt of bus ticket cancellation amount from redbus | |||||
On 08.10.18, i booked a ticket for two passengers to travel from tirunelveli to chennai on 13.1018 through redbus site. The ticket number is tmb[protected] . Due to unavoidable circumstances, i was forced to cancel the above ticket on 09.10.18 and i received a message that the cancelled ticket amount of rs.1620/- will be refunded shortly. But, i didnot get the amount till today. On 04.11.18, i made a complaint through email to the redbus authorities for the non receipt of refund amount, for which they sent an acknowledgement stating that my reference number for the above complaint is 5879552. I sent a reminder mail on 13.11.2018. Even after a month of cancellation, i am getting that refund amount credited in my bank account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
