[Resolved] Redbus — Non refund of amount | |||
I will never book any tickets from redbus and i have already started encouraging my friends to use other reliable ticket booking sites other than redbus. I lost only one ticket refund. Redbus will loose prospective customers. I have been following up with my ticket refund status for the last 1month but they have closed the ticket saying no refund. I called multiple times but in vain. I always used to get an answet saying that they will look into the issue. They also assured me that as per the call records, the refund is confirmed. Now they have backed off saying the call records do not provide evidence. These people are double tounged. Please do not book tickers using redbus. Was this information helpful? | |||
