I had a ticket from Barmer to Delhi on 26.10.19 but bus was cancelled due to some technical problem and I was informed over telephone and sms. My sleeper ticket was L2 and cost of ticket was 1590. PNR number was[protected]. No refund till date. On enquiry, it was told that refund will be there within 2-3 days time. My name is Biswadeep Datta. I am male 52 years.
