[Resolved] Redbus — Non refund of bus fare

I booked ticket from bangalore to trivandrum on 13/12/2016, tin no. Tjd[protected], ored1340786. But bus was cancelled and i was returned refund only rs. 550/-. Whereas i paid rs. 1666/-. When travels was cancelled bus due to bad wheather as informed by redbus agenct then why i should be pput loss. So please returned full amount immediately.
