[Resolved] Redbus — non refund of cancelled ticket.

I have cancelled a bus ticket for the journey, kolkata to bhubaneswar on 25th october 2017 booked with the service agency redbus. The pnr number of that was tkbh12976018., it was bought using my debit card. After cancellation it was said through email on 25th october that that my refund request have processed and i will get the refund within 7 working days, as said on 25th october 2017. Today 15th november still i have not got the refund.
