Redbus — Non refund of ticket for more than two months

Dear Sir, I have booked a ticket through red bus from Sivakasi to Chennai on April 13, 2015 in KPN transport. The Ticket number is TH5C84583876 and the PNR number is D[protected]. The Bus has cancelled by the KPN on that date. I have not yet received the refund from them till now. On April 29 2015 I have intimated them through E-mail that the bus has cancelled and request them to refund the ticket. And on 13.05.2015 I have contacted through phone and got the service request id as[protected]. While contacting their customer care executives they informed me that the request is in process and you will received the payment within 7 days.
