[Resolved] Redbus — Non refund of ticket money (ref no. 041122) | |||||
I had booked a ticket through the website almost two weeks backs. Though the payment was debited from bank, i never received the ticket. Every attempt to reach the customer care was futile.. It's busy 24*7 apparently. Further it's been over 10 days that i'm contacting them through email for refund of money. All i have got is failed assurances. Totally unexpected from such a reputed company. Redbus, request you to kindly credit the ticket money asap. Also please improve your customer service. Disgraceful.
