Redbus — Non refund o[censored]nbooked ticket amount and compensation of call | |||||
I have tried booking ticket to my family on 4th Dec and 5th December via mobile number [protected]. But the transactions failed 4 times. After every failed transaction I called redbus customer care regarding the website problem. But they assured that the site is set right. So I ended up paying 4 times. Ticket amount is all together rs 2500. For the reimbursement of the amount I called 10 to 11 times to the customer care which is chargeable. But still I did not get my reimbursement. After vigorous follow up I got 1800, but for remaining amount redbus is playing with me and not bothered to escalate call. I lost all together Rs 278 in calling redbus alone. I do not know how many are suffering like this. I request for refund o[censored]nbooked ticket amount, phone call and compensation of Rs 5000 for this mishap Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have mentioned customer care that if there is any delay I will complain for which they are very careless and ddnot bother
