[Resolved]  Redbus — non reversal of deducted amount

I booked tickets (From net banking mode) from indore to kota through red bus app on 19 june 2019 for rs1030. The transaction status was shown as failed, however, the amount was deducted from my account. Today is 28june and the deducted amount has not been credited back to my account so far. The transaction reference is [protected]igagjvsdo6.
Hoping the issue will get immediate attention.
