Sir Iam not able to cancel my ticket booking on red bus site from tripathi to rajahmundry on 17th ticket no : tmcy40922774 total : six passengers I tried several times on official red bus site, which is asking me to contact mobile number [protected] for claiming my refund, were as the person attending the phone is asking me to call redbus for refund. The refund for your ticket has been initiated from our end on 8th December 2018 to the mode of payment used by you for this transaction. Basis the policy of your bank, the amount should reflect in your account within 7 business days( excluding Saturday, Sunday and other bank Holidays ). Details of the transaction are given below: PO No. :[protected] Refunded Amount: Rs. 6948/- In case, you do not receive the amount within the designated time period, you can contact your bank to know the status of your refund.
