[Resolved]  Redbus — not able to cancel my ticket

Iam not able to cancel my ticket booking on red bus site from tripathi to rajahmundry on 17th ticket no : tmcy40922774 total : six passengers
I tried several times on official red bus site, which is asking me to contact mobile number [protected] for claiming my refund, were as the person attending the phone is asking me to call redbus for refund.

Please help me in cancelling the ticket
