Not able to cancel the ticket. When i tried to cancel the ticket, it is asking us to contact the bus operator. Bus operator is saying he will not cancel the ticket and he is asking us to contact red bus. Called the redbus customer care and also bus operator as well, no body is ready to cancel the ticket. I have checked the policy of this ticket TN5T41608717 and unfortunately am unable to cancel it, as the cancellation time-frame expired at 10:45 PM of 26th April. The policy has been mentioned on the E ticket which was sent to you at the time of booking. You could also cancel your tickets and check the refund status on our app or website.
