I booked a ticket from Karaikudi to Chennai for travel on 5th May 9:30PM. But then I rescheduled the date to 6th May 9:30 PM in the same Vairam Travels. But my ticket didn't got rescheduled and it remained on 5th May but the status is showing Rescheduled and so this cannot be cancelled. I have booked a new ticket for 6th May and I want to cancel the ticket for 5th May.
