Redbus — Not boarded due to details not found at bus operator end

Booked bus ticket as per the following details:
From Kanpur(UP) to Delhi
Feb. 05, 2023 at 11:00 PM
Ticket No. : TS[protected]
Passanger Name : Rajesh Singh
PNR : 38692SKA
Seat No. UD18 (Single)
Amount paid online : INR 2008.65
Boarding Point Faizalganj Chouraha, Kanpur

Received call from Mob. No. [protected] and share Bus No. HR 38 AB 9483, Boarding OTP: 1671 through SMS at 10:20 PM.

Bus came around 10:50 PM, shared the details with concern person but he is not allowed to board due to not having my booking details.

On request, I have travelled in same bus with additional cost of INR 1050/- (Seat No. LD5) sharing with some other passenger.

Immediately complaint through RedBus help desk, but not resolved.

Requested to intervene into the matter and resolve at the earliest.
