[Resolved] Redbus — not getting the refund for cancelled booking | |||||
I have cancelled mentioned booking id htlp9s5y5c on 15th dec, 4.13 pm but i could not able to find my refund till now. I was unable to cancel my booking through mobile app so i called red bus customer support and cancelled it over the call. The employee over the call clearly confirmed me twice and mentioned that i am eligible for the refund and asked me where could i require the refund amount and i mentioned him in the bank account itself. They are not agreeing that i have made a call to cancel the bookings. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 5, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Redbus is not refunding the amount and mentioning that they have not received any call from the number what I have mentioned and I was having the proof in my call log that I have called from that number only. They are denying this and not accepting.
Once I logged the complaint here in consumer forum, the next day, their technical team start working on it and they are able to find my call log too and I have received the amount in my bank account within 2 hours after their call. Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

Regarding cancellation ticket refund.
24/12/2017 i booked three tickets from secunderabad to gudivada.
seat numbers-19, 20, 23,

but unfortunately i wrong entered date.
so i cancelled tickets immedetely.
but i didt received my amount.
so, please kindly refund my amount as soon as possible

Form Last 2 days I was coordinating with the Red bus team for refund but have not received any favorable response from the team. They are directly declining and telling that Refund is not possible.
I am really thankful to Consumer Forum. After I have posted here, I got the refund within 24 hours. Their technical team was able to find my call details:-)
Thanks again...to red bus also for refunding the amount :-)
