[Resolved] Redbus — Not paying attention to a customer

I have booked my ticket from Pune to Mumbai on 17 th July ! The bus timing was 5:35 I just got late by 5-10 mins, so they moved the bus and the bus driver tone was not good he was not ready to wait at all, I always book my journey by redbus and that too from neeta bus this is the very bus tym neeta bus was on tym otherwise everytime I have to wait for neeta bus for atleast 20-25 mins! If they waited us for so long we are not complaining them for reduce the money then why they are not waiting for us if we are late for 5-10 mins this is very rude! I talked with executive and he was lyk we can't shift you in other bus it was ur fault you were late nor even we can refund ! I was standing in a road and after not getting any reply fr them I have taken private cab and gone to Mumbai ! This is not the way to behave with a customer ! I'll raise complain against redbus if they will no refund me !
