Hello Redbus,
I have booked a bus from Mandi Himachal Pradesh to Delhi on 4 July 20230 at 10:30pm with Malana Travels. The bus was running late by 1:30 hours .
When bus reached at boarding point I started to board bus but when I reached to my seat number i.e. 2D then at my seat another passenger had been already seated.
When I ask him that ie my seat then he asked that Malana Travels Agent has allot him that seat . But I have already booked this seat no. Online through Amazon pay.
Then I talk to Marshall of bus then he said me to talk to Malana Travels Manali office.then I talk with them and they agree to give me my seat i.e. 2D.
But Marshall said that bus is already running late so kindly seat on other seat and we will allot you your seat within. 15 min.
After 30 min. I also talk to Malana Travels Agent/owner to allotted me my seat. Then they also give me believe to allot the seat within 15 min. But they donot allot me seat whole journey.
That was very bad and poor behaviour of Malana Travels last night.
Very very poor service.
I have reasonable believe that Redbus in connivance with Malana Travels is misleading and cheating with passenger. I hereby warn you to blacklist or remove Malana Travels Manali Delhi route from your platform and compensate me with my full amount refund and harrasment occurred due to deficiency of service on your parts or else will file a case against Redbus and Malana Travels in appropriate Consumers redressal forum and you will be solely responsible for the same.
