[Resolved] Redbus — not provided correct driver number also not able to contact redbus | |||
I had booked my ticket at red bus they gave driver details and contact details of the travels. Driver number is not reachable also travels (Velan travels) not picking my call. So i tried to contact redbus but their number also not reachable so that i sent message through redbus app, they replied that our execuetive will contact you shortly, but more than 1 hour i didn't received any call from redbus. At 11:35 pm i am not able to contact any person from travels as well as red bus. Kindly do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||
