[Resolved] Redbus — not provided service as promised.

While booking, i saw 30% of price difference between upper and lower coach. I chose the upper coach but they couldn't provide upper berth as it was already been alloted to someone else. Also, they haven't provided few amenities which was promised. I had raised the complaint with customer service but i experienced one of the worst service with so professional touch.

Updated by Arbaz Mhd I have requested for 30% refund to my bank account through which I paid to buy the ticket. This is the fair amount which I am asking according to the difference which was shown while I was booking. Also, there were amenities missing which was promised by you guys. Please find the attached screenshot for promised amenities.

Updated by Arbaz Mhd The customer service person rudely rejects to pay the refund and this was one of my worst customer service experience. They were like, "you do whatever you want"!
