[Resolved] Redbus — Not Providing Alternate Bus on Meanwhile Journey

Recently I booked 6 bus Tickets from redbus For my Travel from New Delhi to Haridwar. meanwhile, on the journey, I complained to the bus operator and red bus for different seats provided and also water dropped from the upper, bad seat, and not provide accommodation wich they mention in the ticket. That's why we complained to the red bus and bus operator about changing seats and more. but the bus operator denied and cancelled our journey meanwhile travelling. and then after they have dropped us on mid of highway. and also grab our luggage on the road. at that time heavy rainfall. and they have not arranged any other transportation for our journey. we have called to bus operator and redbus customer executive many times. but no one gets a good solution we are waiting on the road for 4-5 hours for alternate vehical but no one can ride us and no one can lift us. and also 200km Left for our destination. then after I arranged one trip from Delhi for emergeny travel and I had pay 8000 rs for my alternat travel way. and at that time customer executive said you can arrange a taxi in the local place where we dropped. but then after they are not paying my other money which I paid for an alternative way. because I have booked a taxi because they have not arranged any alternate travel. because I have waited on the road for 5-6 hours we have given lots of time for our solution but no one can help that's why I complained. we request to you please pay 8000 rs which I spent alternative vehicle.
