[Resolved]  Redbus — not received refund amount

I booked ticket for 8th march 2020 on Red bus but cancelled it subsequently holding ticket number-TP[protected] that charged Rs.853. Today its 23March 2020 and I haven't received the refund amount yet. Request you to kindly consider and do the needful as soon as possible.

Remainder- I havent received the refund amount still . The above details were sent on 23 March and again directing the same mail on 21 April 2020.
Request you to do the needfull.

We regret the hassle. On checking, we see that refund of Rs 623/- was processed on 8th March 2020 and it has been successfully credited back to the payment source. Bank ARN for refund is[protected] and the bank refund reference number is[protected].
