[Resolved] Redbus — Not received refund for rejected transaction | |||||
On[protected] i had booked online ticket from ganpatipule to mumbai for amt 675.50 and details of transaction which i can see from banking system is [protected]igaaekcld9 transfer to 459 (to (transfer inb pilani soft lab pvt. Ltd ). I had not received ticket hence inquired with red bus but they said they have received the money hence once again i made payment and booked the ticket however i have not recd refund and sbi confirmed that money had been successfully transfer.
