Tour place-indore to dahod Tour booked date -13/1/2016 Bus departure time -11:05am Ticket rate -305 Tour operator - om shrinath tour and travels Tour date-13/1/2016 Above details are true with proofs. Problem - tour operator cancelled the tour on above given date.I. asked for refund to tour operator but they refused and informed me that asked for refund to your booking operator. I wanted to ask whether Redbus Customer care asks for any credit card information over phone to initiate Refund. I got a phone call from someone called RK Jain ( Employee ID : 0603412)and he asked for all the credit card details on front and back to do refund. Shouldn't they just send the amount to the same account I used to purchase tickets like all vendors do. This really sounds fishy to me.
