Respected sir,
I am yayati patil, registration mobile no.-[protected], i was confirmed pune - shegaon tickets (Prasanna purple travel) on 29/3/2019 that time my amount is deducted but ticket wasn't to got. Next day i was compliment to red bus customer care, but not get response also refund money.
Please give my refund money. My deducted money is rs.1890.
On the 29/3/2019 total traction 3 completed, issue for only 1st traction rs 1890.
