Redbus — Not refunding money even after bus cancellation

Hi, I booked a ticket from Pune To Akola( Ticket No: TH6T[protected] with Noor Travels through redBus app. My bus was scheduled on 29 May 2015 @ 9 P.M. from Sangvi, but the bus never arrived. Finally called Noor's office & at 11p.m they confirmed that bus has been cancelled due to some technical reason. After that, I called redBus customer service 3-4 times & every time your support center replied, that they will giving me a callback in half an hour after confirming with Noor travels regarding bus cancellation, which their support never did. I even wrote a mail to their customer service, but they never replied. Finally, I have to submit a complaint to your site as redBus is simply not replying.
