[Resolved] Redbus — not refunding money for cancelled ticket | |
I booked a ticket to travel to hyderabad from jammalamadugu for the date 20 august 2018. I cancelled ticket on the date of journey for some reasons. I opted the refund to be credited to red bus wallet as they said refund to wallet is done instantly. But i dint receive any refund. I called customer care many times and they only tell every time that it is in process please wait. Every time i call the customer care, they for the full issue again and again but don't even raise a ticket on the issue. Was this information helpful? | |
