[Resolved] Redbus — Not refunding my money | |||||
I had booking from goa to banagalore on 4th Jan 2017, But bus cancelled on same date and time of departure. As per cancellation message, I suppose to get complete refund of my booking amount. But its been 20 days and still I am struggling to get my money back. I do have all their proofs like mail receipts and messages. Its been 20days and I am calling them after every 5 days. But they ask to wait for 24 hours and after 24 hours nothing happens. I am just tired of this thing now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
