[Resolved] Redbus — online booking | |
Online bus boking system is not at all user-friendly. While booking like airline reservation the details of refundable and nonrefundable tickets should be mention properly. but bus booking system never mentions about it. It is the biggest loophole and i suffered a loss of huge amount. Even if the amount is not refundable the ticket should be canceled. The system is not allowing to cancel the ticket. Such things are not acceptable in the IT system.
