Dear sir/ madam
I would state that i booked red bus ticket using redbus app on 24/04/2019 3.40pm
Soon after booking the ticket i got seavire back kidney pain, its hard for me to travel from warangal to bangolore, immediately i made request to cancel my ticket in redbus app, as well as i call to redbus customer care no [protected] and spoke to executive. Without my consern they closed complaint no 8211405
I request you to refund my hard money amounting rs 963
