Redbus — Payment deducted from account but ticket not alloted to me and till now payment not refunded.

I had done payment for Redbus.in for travelling from Ahmedabad to Kota on Dtd, 25.02.2022 for Shrinath Volvo bu Seat No. L9. Pyment done wide ref. No.[protected]IGANBTQBU6 TRANSFER TO 45 via INB of SBI. But ticket was not alloted to me by Redbus.in and also payment not refunded to me.
So i had confimred same seat and Bus through Makemytrip after it.
