[Resolved] Redbus — Payment not received since a year | |||||
Date of incident - 26 June 2016 (over an year) Incident description - The bus got cancelled at last moment and I called them for the refund status, no refund was processed for a week then they said the amount has been processed, I called them again after a week they said the request has been processed and will be reflected in few days. I waited and as I have very busy schedule I didn't call them again and no amount was transferred. I posted the feedback on their Facebook official page at start of June they again said the payment is processed again . I waited for 7 days no go. then they asked me for my bank details so they can manually transfer it I again waited for 7 business days no go. they said they have processed the amount again. On checking, we see that the refund has been initiated on July 06, 2017 to your bank account with the shared NEFT details. The same will reflect in your account in 7 business days from the time of initiation. We have also validated on the issue and necessary measures are taken to ensure such mishaps are avoided.
