Hi My self Ajit Dubey i was booked ticket thru RedBus on 16th which was Re-schedule on 17th from Rajasthan to Mumbai, but Bus was cancelled, same was immediately inform to Redbus and they gives the assurity that refund will come in 6 working days still i dint get the refund, and after calling him on 25th still they are asking for another 72hours for update.
Please help, payment was made thru Simpl app and now they are asking me about the payment and levy late fees charges on me. Was this information helpful? |
