I cancelled my ticket before three months still i didn't received my refund every time i called your customer care and they saying you will get it with in 11 days but its been already 3 months and i tried in many ways i got no response even i called the local bus travel agent and they connected with redbud still i didn't received my money please consider the is and give my money back
