[Resolved] Redbus — pending refund for bus hire service | |
I had hired a bus fro red bus for a family outing planned for 29 sep 2017. Booking reference# 4cak7nx64u. However, the operator was unable to complete the trip since he did not carry his driver's license. We had to arrange alternate transport to complete the trip. I had requested redbus for full refund but settle for 60% refund which amount to rs 15445. After lot of struggle i got rs 6405 as refund on 2 nov. It has been more than 1.5 months i am yet to get rest of the amount from redbus. I have been following up with redbus representatives over phone an email.
