Redbus — Please issue refund on my failed transaction

Dear Red bus team,

This is to bring to your kind notice that i booked online tickets through RedBus app on 11th Aprill 2024 to travel from Tenali to Hyderabad for 1 Member.
Payment was done through cred app
transaction details: Merchant Name: www.redbus.in
Transaction ID: UPI/P2M/[protected]/
Amount: 827.93 RS
money deducted from my bank account but seat was not booked I got message from red bus saying that transaction failed and if money were deducted it will be credited 4 to 5 working days

I hope provided info is ok, please do the needful ASAP.

I lost my urgent journey and money also

So kindly refund my ticket fair
