Redbus — Poor Customer Service to resolve issues faced

Booked a ticket from hubli to mumbai (borivali) being very specific. but after booking 3 seats i find out that the bus i have got my seats reserved terminates at Crawford market. tried calling the executives. Executive assures the issue will be resolved by noon.Even after waiting till noon i call the customer service only to find that nothing has been done about the issue. if i go to cancel the ticket i need to forfeit a sum of 450 for no reason from my end. what sort of a website this is...there is absolutely lack of interest from the company's end in resolving such issues.
