[Resolved] Redbus — provide a incorrect pick up point and incorrect bus

I had booked ticket from bhopal to raipur chhattisgarh. After booking pickup point shows at maharashtra. So how can possible to take that bus
I complaint in red bus service they told me our system is busy called 30min then 60min after that they does not receiving call. I called a reciever no. Of bus they told me i am work in another bus.
So what can i do
