Redbus — Providing wrong contact details of travel partner Paulo travel

Please find tkt no for reference TR5D20241494.
Bus didn't reached the pic up point by schedule time.
So i tried to contact them by the phone no prided by you on the tkt. It is found that given number doesn't exist. So i contact and travel also.
Request you to refund the amount.
