[Resolved] Redbus — re: my refund - payment successful did not receive ticket | |||
I booked ticket on 3rd June 2019 and money got debited from credit card account - 2077.50 and did not receive ticket. At least you guys should have processed my ticket instead said money will be refunded so I have to book the ticket again. Money did not get refunded and I had to pay my credit card 2077.50 without utilizing any service. This is really frustrating and not sure what to do with you. Every time I call you are saying payment is in process. On 1st of July you said payment refund is successful and asked to check with my merchant bank, they said clearly the money is not refunded. I am attaching the screen shot of amount being debited from my credit card account on 3rd June 2019 for your reference. Verified Support Jul 15, 2019 Red Bus Customer Care's response Hi, Greetings from redBus! We regret the inconvenience caused. On checking we see that ticket was not booked because of technical issue at the payment gateway. We had initiated the refund process earlier but it was discarded because o[censored]nforeseen reasons. We have initiated the refund process again in 15th July 2019. It will be credited back to source in 7 business days. Kindly wait for refund credit as per the time line shared.
