[Resolved] Redbus — recharge failed | |||||
I tried recharging a friend's bsnl number through the redbus app today[protected] for rs.144/-. After the net banking procedure and the money being deducted from my account, i get notified that the recharging has failed. The same thing had happened earlier once by the end of july when i tried to recharge the same number with rs.139/-. I want this matter to be looked into and would like to get a refund on the above occasions. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
