[Resolved] Redbus — recharge failed | |||
I have made 2 recharge of rs 150 and 110 for my mobile number on 15 april 10:22am& 21 april 12:44pm. One is 15 april-for this i got a message from redbus saying recharge got successful but it was not reflecting on my mobile account and later again i got a message (Your refund of rs 150 has been processed by redbus. The amount will reflect in your bank account) but it has not yet refunded. The other one is april 21-for this transaction also same thing happened first i got recharge successful message and later refund message. Was this information helpful? | |||
