[Resolved] Redbus — red bus and eagle express services | |
I have booked the ticket and bus way delayed. After reaching at the point bus was delayed and point person behaved very rudely. Head office person asked my that he is calling at the point for the refund and he did not. I have tried to reach out to the red bus as well but the ivr options ans customer service options did not work. Red bus executive are not supporting and and eagle express persons are continually lying. They did the same in the conference call with the red bus and still red bus did not take any actions. During the covid 19 situation upon reaching at ahmedabad eagle express did not followed the guidelines as well. Was this information helpful? | |
