[Resolved] Redbus — red bus booking issues | |||
Hi my name is hemant ambre. Residing in mumbai. Had a booking return ticket from shirdi to mumbai travelling along with my wife and aged senior citizen parents. Now the issue is i have booked ticket with sai travels and without any intimation they have put us in a virbhadra travels without my consent or any messages or calls. I have called the bus operator and he is very rude to us and said that there's nothing he could do apart from changing the travel's. The bus that the operator has given us is the worst bus and instead of lower birth he has given us upper birth and asking my parent's to climb to upper birth. Called red bus spoken with a rep and again even they said they have nothing to do with this. As it's the operators fault and not red bus. Reference no. 12458807. We have checked with the bus operator but they have denied for any refund since you have already completed the journey in the alternative arranged by the bus operator. 2000k of money got deducted and they didn't issue the ticket. When asked for rebooking they initiated refund process. I never asked God refund.
Refund takes 7 days and they do all this for bank interest. See how many such failed transactions in a month and how much they would earn as interest.
