[Resolved] Redbus — red bus - bus cancelled by the operator- refund amount can not get for past three months. | |||
Am anburajan from chennai and mobile no. Is [protected]I booked 3 tickets on 12.05.2019 from tenkasi to chennai. But the bus is cancelled on that day by the bus operaror TMA holidays tours and travels due to bus break down. Then thatbus trip was cancelled and i recd that sms from the operator and they said i will be get full refund without any deduction. Then i contact the redbus so many times for refund. But still now i did not get the amount and evertime they told the refund process initiated and i will get the amount within 48 hrs. Please help me to get the refund amount. Bus operator cancelled the bus saying some AC issues, informed that amount ll be refunded from Redbus. Till Now i didnt get any refund amount of Rs.630.
