[Resolved]  Redbus — Red bus denying refund

I booked a trip from bangalore to hyderabad via morning star travels at 11.30 pm on 13th may through redbus.
10:30 pm : bus was supposed to be coming at 11.30 pm, we received a sms stating bus will be 30 mins late due to heavy traffic
11:00 pm : sms received from morning star that bus is 20 mins early and will reach before time at boarding point at marathalli bangalore
11: 30 pm : bus didn't come and we were told its due to traffic
00:00 am : bus didn't come, shift in charge at morning star marathalli office informed bus will come in 20 mins and it's at electronic city
00:30 am : bus didn't come, shift in charge at morning star marathalli office informed bus is on the way
00:45 am : bus didn't come. Shift in charge at morning star marathalli office informed bus has broken down at electronic city. Repairing is going on.
01:15 am : bus didn't come and shift in charge at morning star marathalli office informed bus will come though dont know when.
01:16 am : left the morning star travels marathalli as even if bus would have come in 5 mins, it would be afternoon to reach hyderabad and had to travel to hyd office for a meeting scheduled at 9 am.

Called redbus for refudn on 13th may 01:15 am, and then on multiple times for next 2 days. Everyone said they will help but no one took ownership of the issue as they clearly dont care for customers and more interested to fool passengers.

Morning start travels : this is the second time such issue happened with 11.30 pm bus for hyderabad from bangalore. Basically, morning star travels allocate the worst quality bus for last trip of the day and staffs are incompetent, doesn't speak any universal language like english or hindi and dont care for either passengers or any issue reported to them.

I'm sure redbus or morning star travels will not refund any money because they are the worst possible travel companies i have ever seen who only wants to drive money from customers without taking any action/approach to help customers when they require and ask for help.

Morning star is one of the pathetic bus operator in south india and this looks fishy how they are maintaining 4+ star rating in redbus website which reflects the corruption and inaccurate practices being conducted in morning star as well as redbus.

Now on top of that, redbus is giving a run around for refund and they have been most unhelpful. I believe that is their company culture to deny refund and not help customers.
