I had booked a confirm ticket o[censored]PSRTC (Jan Rath A/C 2+2) using red bus app from Delhi to Rishikesh on 17th June, 2019. I was standing there at boarding place right from 9:00 pm and the boarding time was 9:15 pm. But the bus operator didn't even call me when the bus arrived there or not, i didn't know about that, because after booking the tickets, I didn't receive the message regarding the bus number.
Also when I called the bus operator which is given in my bus booking ticket, no-one respond on it. So this all caused so much problem to me. When I called on the other number given in the ticket, they talked to me so rudely And they didn't even answer my questions. This is not at all acceptable. I had to book another bus ticket and paid there again. I am also trying many times on the customer care number of Red Bus, they only said that please wait, when our booking department confirm from the bus, we revert your amount. They didn;t give me an exact time for waiting. My Ticket number is TN7F99159628 and my PNR number is Xrsk[protected]/SBD and also complaint on Red Bus Customer Care, where my complaint id is 9220773. As per Red Bus Customer Care my complaint is in high priority but they didn't respond me in after approx 1 Month.
Now I want the refund of the bus ticket I have paid. I want the refund soon. Bus ticket fares are Rs.528/-. I didn't even travel in that bus. I want refund. This all has caused so much problem to me and It all caused so much panic. Just give me the refund of this bus ticket. Was this information helpful? |
