Booked a bus through red bus from gurgaon to dehradun but the bus dropped me at roorkee and asked me to travel with a local transportation. I have paid for sleeper while forced to travel in a normal sitting chair public transport bus. Driver and co driver misbehaved with me when I asked them why they are doing so. Below are the booking details. Tried to reach red bus but they are not reachable. Complaint option on website is fake and showing error 404
