Dear Team,
I made a booking on 29 july from basti to Delhi.
I made a payment of Rs 3330/- thru Googlepay.
The payment has been debited from my end and credited into your account but the system failed and the ticket was not issued.
I tried calling customer care and they insisted that the payment is not rec'd in your end and asked me to check with my Bank.
I have checked with my Bank and found that the payment of Rs 3330/-has been duly credited to redbus.
The UPI transaction ID[protected] date 29 July transaction successfully
many time contacts customer support do not any help and not return
