Hi,
I have booked Royal travels on Dec 5th through redbus and the bus broke down just 5 kms away from my boarding point.
Even after 3 hours there was no other transportation provided. After that also, we were provided with only tempo traveller and travelled a the way till my destination.
For this reason, I would like to get a refund.
I have booked ticket for full sleeper and I was not provided with that sleeper. Morover there was a delay of 4 hours from the time to reach destination.
Additionally there was no proper response either from the authorities or from the manager or any person responsible.
This email is to register this complaint and request for a refund.
If there is no response, this issue will have to be escalated.
